Community Support

At Royal LePage ProAlliance Realty, we’re more than just buying and selling. We also believe in giving back to our community and getting involved as responsible corporate citizens. We support the national Royal LePage Shelter Foundation. Formed in 1998, the foundation had pledged to donate $1 million to support shelters in our local communities for women and children fleeing violence. To date, they have raised over $41 million with the help of all Royal LePage offices, REALTORS® and staff across the country. ProAlliance Realty alone, has raised over $620,000 so far. It’s something we are all proud to support and stand behind. Our biggest fundraising events have been the Walk A Mile In Her Shoes & National Garage Sale in Belleville, and the National Garage Sale in various other branch locations, together with our salespeople donating a portion of their commissions, and direct donations from our staff.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our REALTORS(R) and staff supported their communities in more ways than we can even keep track of! They immediately started making fabric masks and 3D-printed plastic face shields for frontline workers and anyone else who needed them. They donated time, money, and/or supplies to local food banks and other meal-related efforts. They also reached out to their clients, neighbours, family, and friends to ensure they were doing well and offering to assist them, or anyone they knew who needed help with simple things like grocery shopping for those who are immuno-compromised or unable to use regular services, such as at-home delivery who were overloaded as a result of the pandemic. We are incredibly proud of the community-minded individuals we have at ProAlliance Realty and there are not enough words to express our sincere gratitude to them all.
